Eric is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, limited to select attorneys who have achieved million dollar settlements and verdicts. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. While at Villanova, he was the winning finalist and Best Oralist in the Reimel Moot Court Competition. Eric obtained the last known verdict against Black & Decker in a miter saw case and has been litigating product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, construction accidents, auto accidents and other claims for almost 15 years. Eric is the author of two law review articles. He also co-authored, "For The Plaintiff: Determining and Proving Damages; For The Defense: Limiting Damages in Pennsylvania," a manual published by the National Business Institute, Inc. (1993). Eric has lectured on legal ethics and prepared written materials for continuing legal education seminars. Eric is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned an honors degree in Psychology and was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as a number of federal courts, including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Eric is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and is a member of its Board of Governors. |
